Who's PFAC?

The Kidney Care Patient and Family Advisory Council (PFAC) is a volunteer group of patients, family members, community partners, and Grand River Hospital team members who are working to improve the experience for dialysis patients.

What We Do?

PFAC is an agent for change and a force for good. Members give voice to the needs and issues faced by dialysis patients, and work together to improve the experience for all.
